Uplift College Advising was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to educational opportunity, whether through English language learning, GED completion, technical training, or college, regardless of background, zip code, or immigration status. We serve first-generation, second-generation, adult learners, and others often left behind in the planning process by offering affordable, donor-supported advising and instruction tailored to their goals and circumstances.

Sadrail Saint-Ulysse’s journey began with a passion for education and a commitment to community transformation. With decades of experience in school leadership, Sadrail has served as a principal, mentor, and thought leader across diverse educational and faith-based spaces.

As a former school administrator, Sadrail has helped turn around struggling schools, guided educators toward excellence, and fostered environments where students thrive. He also brings a strong foundation in spiritual leadership, often serving as a bridge between faith-based values and modern leadership needs.

A graduate of respected institutions and a lifelong learner, he integrates academic insight with real-world leadership. Beyond his credentials, it’s his compassion, clarity, and spiritual grounding that make his coaching and speaking uniquely effective.

With decades of experience in education and community leadership, Sadrail understands the challenges facing today’s schools, faith communities, and civic organizations. His holistic approach to coaching integrates emotional intelligence, goal-setting, and practical leadership tools that equip clients to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
